01 / Communication

So that neither parties have any miscommunication or confusion, all client communication is via email. This protects us; the design team and you; the client so that any and all ideas, communication, and feedback are properly documented for both of our records.

02 / Installments + Payments

All projects require a 100% non-refundable payment.

No exceptions.

03 / Content + Copy

All content must be sent via our client forms only. If there is any issues with adding content, please email over the details in one email only. Any additional content added or forgotten may require an additional fee. Please keep in mind your deadline date could possibly be delayed due to the inconvenience or due to you not filling out your forms in a timely manner.
