  • How do I get started with my project?
    Via our website! You can purchase any and all services you need, sign your design contract and more all from our website. Once your invoice has been paid, you will receive the next steps in order to receive your design forms, etc.
  • What is your standard turnaround time?
    Our standard turnaround time for digital designs are up to 21 business days. Web design can take up to 12 weeks for completion depending on how soon you can provide all content needed and how busy our current workload is. All branding packages can take anywhere from 3-12 weeks depending on how fast you provide all content for the services apart of the package. Rush fees are permitted for faster turnaround service. If turnaround time has to be extended, we will inform you via email.
  • How will I keep in contact with your staff during this process?
    For security reasons on both our (Luxx Media Group, LLC) end and the clients end, we strongly advise all communication to be via email only. This is to ensure we both know exactly verbatim what is going on with your project.
  • How far in advance do I need to book my project?
    Graphic design services can be booked daily, if a rush fee is needed you can request it. All web design projects and packages should be requested at least 3-6 weeks before deadline to ensure your project will be done on time. We began booking projects up to 3 months prior to current month.
  • How many proofs come with my design?
    All logo projects are presented with up to 2 proofs to choose from. Only 2 free revisions are included in all digital designs. Anything after 2 revisions results in an additional changing fee. Web design projects also receive 2 free revision and anything after results in additional changing fee.
  • Can I replace items in my package?
    Yes! You certainly can, as long as it is the same or close in value, there is no problem with swamping out services. For example, if you already have a custom logo but still want the Signature package you can add an additional social media ad or 500/1000 hang tags or flyers instead of the 250. To swamp, email us for clarity!
  • In what formats will I receive my files?
    All finalized logo files will be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF and AI. Any other marketing material will be sent as JPEG or PNG files.
  • Do I own my logo after it is complete?
    Yes! You own all copies of your logo except the PSD or layered AI file, those files are solely property of Luxx Media Group, LLC. If for any reason you need those files for a printer/manufacturer, we will send the files to them personally please just provide the contact information (ie. email address). You can get your logo trademarked if you please.
  • What website hosting platforms do you use?
    Over 85% of all our e-commerce websites are created and loaded onto the #1 e-commerce solution Shopify. Shopify plans vary. Wix websites are designed for informational websites and e-commerce websites as well.
  • What's the difference between a text logo and image logo?
    Text based logos are an unlimited font only based logo that can include characters such as a hashtag, exclamation point and simple shapes such as a line or circle (i.e. FedEx, Sony, Marvel). Image logos have a graphic image incorporated along with an unlimited font choice (i.e. Starbucks, Wendy’s, BMW).
  • Do you revamp/redesign websites that you didnt create?
    Yes! We’d love to give your website the perfect face lift and we will completely build you a new website. Please keep in mind we only work with Wix and Shopify hosting platforms. Redesign pricing is the same price as our regular web design fees, please email for more information.
  • Do you offer apparel printing?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer tee shirt (or any apparel) printing. Design only.
